The Information We Collect

Through INCENTREV’s marketing, direct sales, websites, sub-domains and other media, you can bid on or purchase gift certificates, goods, or services. You are able to visit much of this website and enjoy INCENTREV without providing personally identifiable information. Sometimes, however, we do need personally identifiable information to provide the gift certificates, products and services you request.

The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected include, but are not limited to:

At some INCENTREV sites and sub-domains and through certain promotions, you can submit information about other people (with permission), such as a recipient’s name, address, title, e-mail address, and telephone number.

We may disclose information in the event INCENTREV purchases, transfers or sells all or part of our business/services/assets; personal information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures, we cannot assure information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Notice.

Your California Privacy Rights

For California Residents Only: As per the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we have protocols to provide consumers more control over their data.

You may submit a request to:

• Do not sell your personal information
• Show records that this INCENTREV site has collected about you

Young Children’s Privacy

INCENTREV sites may use reputable third parties to present/serve advertisements and conduct research about ads. This Privacy Policy does not cover information collected by such third parties or their methods (cookies, web beacons, clear gifs).

We may permit others to link to this site or post links on ours. We do not endorse these sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before submitting information.

Access from Outside North America

Information may be stored on systems in the United States and accessed by staff in the United States, where data protection laws may be less stringent.
